In the face of new development opportunities and more intense competition,the core competitiveness of enterprises is very important,every enterprise should consider its own competitive advantage.MS building decoration engineering company is an advocate of traditional culture as a foundation of professional decoration company,is committed to providing high-quality service decoration design and construction for high grade customer,after 10 years of development,has become one of the local enterprises in Henan decoration industry.However,in recent years,due to the mobility of the decoration industry,especially the construction team and design management personnel is more prominent,the company's staff incentive problem is particularly urgent.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance and main innovation of the article,and then combs the main research results of domestic staff motivation.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire,the author analyzes the present situation of MS construction decoration engineering company.By random sampling,150 questionnaires were sent out,and there were 147 valid questionnaires.Overall,34.8% of the employees to work pay and reward the rationality of the general feeling,33% employees expressed dissatisfaction;41.9% employees that the unfair salary system,17.4% of employees said is not satisfied with the current salary level;45.3% of employees believe that enterprise salary system is not satisfied with the staff incentive;40.2% of the staff salary and wages not satisfied with the enterprise;50.4% of the employees are dissatisfied with the salary structure;37.9% of employees believe that credit cooperatives welfare standards in general;47.5% of the employees of the credit cooperatives performance appraisal fair said not satisfied,37.6% of employees are not satisfied with the performance appraisal incentive;in the non salary satisfaction,not satisfied and not the largest proportion of employee satisfaction.Third,the results also found that employees in higher education and the increasing of working years,the incentive effect is better,and the salary level,appraisal fairness,training and occupation career planning,corporate culture and humanistic care can significantly affect employee satisfaction.In fourth,MS building decoration engineering company employees incentive problems,broaden the channels,the introduction of talent from the stable staff,perfect welfare system,put forward reasonable suggestions to motivate staff performance evaluation index system and strengthen the non salary motivation perspective.This paper through a comprehensive analysis of the incentive problems of MS building decoration company,not only developed in line with the development needs of the company but the former employee incentive program,and put forward some countermeasure,and the conclusion of the same industry in the similar enterprise employee's incentive mechanism reform also has certain theoretical significance and improvement.
