With the new technological revolution of the late 20 th century,the explosion of information,more and more high-tech wide range of applications,product life cycles are getting shorter.In a rapidly changing environment, the company’s models of operation and management occured a revolutionary change.Organizational boundaries are becoming increasingly blurred as a result of the emergence of virtual organization and network organization. The demands of consumers diversified and personalized, the uncertainty of the external environment and complexity of competitive advantage challenge the long-term survival and development of enterprises.Only relying on the traditional model of low-cost strategy,Chinese enterprises unable to become bigger and stronger.Previous competitive advantage gradually disappear,the past sucess have evolved into traps and obstacles.With the failure of Chinese companies in the international market competition,the business model and its innovation has been of great concern to scholars and Chinese entrepreneurs.Business model elements can be divided into the business model internal elements and business model external elements in this paper,and think that turbulent environment regulate the relationship between the business model innovtion and competitive advantage.According to the conclusions of this paper,proposing strategies and recommendations,the conclusions as follows:(1)Business model internal module innovation has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage.(2) Business model external module innovation can also have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage.(3)The turbulent technology has positively regulates the relationship between the business model inernal innovation and competitive advantage.(4)The turbulent of the market has positively regulates the relationship between the business model internal innovation and competitive advanta ge.(5)The turbulent of technology has a positively regulates the relationship between business model external innovation and competitive advantage.(6)The turbulent of the market has a positively regulaes the relationship between the businessy model external module innovation and competitive advantage.
