With the fast development of Internet technologies,more and more enterprises changed their Business-model,made the traditional industry under great pressure and the market competition fierce.In this context,business model innovation had became an inevitable choice for enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.Business managers,an absolute influence on making and executing enterprise's strategic decisions making and implementation,how to play a role in this process had become the core questions of managers and the hot topic discussed by scholars.So whether transformational leadership could promote business-model innovation and help enterprises acquire competitive advantages effectively as a leadership way which can stimulate employees' high-level needs,enhance employees' abilities,establish mutual trust and advocate innovation had become the focus of scholars' research.At present,some scholars believe that transformational leadership has a positive impact on business model innovation and enterprise performance,but few researches have clarified the impact between transformational leadership,business model innovation and enterprise competitive advantage.Dynamic capability,as a new hotspot of academic study,measures an enterprise's ability to rationally allocate internal and external resources and adapt to the external competitive environment.In the process of transformational leadership influencing enterprise business model innovation and gaining competitive advantage,how enterprise dynamic capability plays a role is also a question which is worth discussing.Based on this,this research reviews the relevant literature of transformational leadership,business-model innovation,dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage,putting forward several research hypotheses,constructing a corresponding research framework,and uses the method of empirical analysis to verify these hypotheses,and reach the following important conclusions:(1)Transformational leadership has a positive impact on enterprise's competitive advantage.(2)Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on business model innovation.(3)Business model innovation has a positive impact on enterprise's competitive advantage.(4)Business model innovation partially mediates the effect of transformational leadership and enterprise's competitive advantage.(5)Dynamic capabilities play a moderating role between transformational leadership and business model innovation.That is to say,the stronger the dynamic capability of enterprises,the stronger the relationship between transformational leadership and business model innovation.This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,specific research methods and main innovation points of this paper;the second chapter is literature review,which summarizes and comments on the corresponding domestic and foreign literature;the third chapter is research hypothesis,On the basis of literature review,this chapter making a theoretical analysis of the relationship among transformational leadership,business model innovation,competitive advantage and dynamic capability,then putting forward a research model on this basis.The fourth chapter designs the specific content of the questionnaire and measures the variables.After completing the collection of relevant data,this paper did descriptive statistics analysis through SPSS 24.0;the fifth chapter is empirical analysis.After validity analysis,reliability analysis,correlation analysis and homology analysis,this chapter did regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis by SPSS 24.0;the sixth chapter is research conclusion,introducing the main conclusions and putting forward some practical suggestion.At last,this chapter points out the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for future research.Firstly,the innovations of this study are mainly embodied in three aspects: firstly,this paper integrates transformational leadership,business model innovation,enterprise's competitive advantage and dynamic capability of enterprises within a holistic framework to analyze the mutual influence.Secondly,this paper reveals the intermediary role of business model innovation between transformational leadership and competitive advantage,which complements the relevant research o of transformational leadership's influence on enterprise's competitive advantage,and also provides ideas for managers how to gain competitive advantage in the new competitive environment.Thirdly,this paper reveals the moderating role of dynamic capability between transformational leadership and business model innovation.In the past,scholars usually focused on the direct impact of dynamic capability on competitive advantage.So,this paper studies the moderating role of dynamic capability between transformational leadership and business model innovation having a certain degree of innovation.
