As the education level of Chinese society continues to improve, a college-educated population increases every year, a lot of graduates from the school into the workplace every year. They are an important source of corporate reserves management talent. Many companies take "Management Trainee" as a form of culture for university graduates. And college graduates just entering graduate school of social work, is a turning point in life. At this time most likely due to psychological factors and practical factors suited phenomenon, thereby affecting the stability of occupation. Wherein Abusive Supervision is a factor likely to affect the level of university graduates in the early period of stability. Abusive Supervision as a negative leadership behavior, staff will intensify anxiety, tension, emotional exhaustion and psychological sense of frustration, emotional attachment and reducing employee identification with the organization, it was positively correlated with turnover intention. This case study of H company, found that more than in the beginning of the post of Management Trainee mentioned have perceived abuse case management, where several people were leaving. What level of the beginning of the current H company management trainee to perceive how the management status quo abuse? Specific forms of abuse management what? What are the factors leading to the occurrence of abuse management? And what should be developed to deal with the program? These will need to study this problem. Through literature research on Abusive Supervision, provide a theoretical basis for the study.
