A Study On The Support System Of County Government In The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Returning Home For Entrepreneurship

In twenty-first Century, the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship has become more and more popular,the county government plays an important role in the management of new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.In recent years,the county government has taken actively measures to support the new generation of migrant workers returning home for business,but there are still some problems,the county government support system have yet to be further improved,so it is necessary to research the support system of county government in the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.In this paper,based on the hierarchy of needs theory,entrepreneurial motivation theory,push- pull theory,using literature analysis method,interview method,comparative analysis method, inductive method and other research methods,following the mind of the discovery problem-analysis of the problem-solve the problem,theory to guide practice and practice tests theory ideas,research on the support system of county government in the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,the introduction mainly mentions the research background and significance,literature review, research of the ideas and methods,research of the innovation points and deficiencies.In the second part,it mainly studies the concept definition and theoretical basis.The third part,based on the survey of three counties of Shandong Province,analysis the support system of county government in the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship empirical,mainly studies the new generation of migrant workers returning home for business basic situation,the new generation of migrant workers return status of county government in the entrepreneurial support system.The fourth part mainly studies the question and reason support of support system county government in the new generation of migrant workers returning for entrepreneurial.The study shows that there are some problems in the support system of country generation such as the long-acting system for policy,the content of the support system,the effect of the support system.The fifth part mainly studies the perfection of the support system of county government in the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.It is considered that it should taken the following measures to improve the new generation of migrant workers returning home entrepreneurship in the support system of county government:building the principle of country generation support system in the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship;the second,improving county government personnel level of understanding and optimization of county government administrative services to the environment;the third,increasing support to expand the coverage of the system support;the fourth,perfecting the support system of county government to reinforce the effect.The sixth part is the conclusion which summarizes the whole thesis.
