On the basis of widely read many kinds of accessible documents and the various literatures, using the empirical research method and the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method, by selecting typical regions, adopting random sampling and stratified sampling method to select the sample and the survey object, through questionnaires and other means to collect first-hand information.Using related statistical softwares,adopting the Logit and Probit model as the analysis tool to study on the influence factors of the entrepreneurial behavior and intend for the returned rural migrant workers,based SWOT and QSPM matrix analysis construced the support system for migrant workers returning home to start self- business.In the end, using the form of case-analysis to study the concrete path that migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship will choose,and putting forward to countermeasures and suggestions to promote or encourage migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.Through stating from the meaning and elements of the abilities of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship and at the same time evaluating the current entrepreneurial abilities of them,concluded that migrant workers’s qualities were ordinary but their entrepreneurial consciousness were strong.In the view of entrepreneurial ways, traditional entrepreneurial ways were still popular,the modern joint-stock enterprise system, stock cooperative system were very inadequate.As far as the entrepreneurial purposes were concerned, the groups of returned peasant-workers for self-business had begun to differentiate, existed both realistic choice for general business purposes, while the advanced entrepreneurial purpose also had a certain proportion. The risk awareness of them were ordinary; The main problems they faced were financial difficulties.Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial environment indicators, empirically studied on the entrepreneurial environment for the returned migrant workers and concluded that the financial environment for returned migrant workers to carry out self-business was not very ideal, family savings were the main channel for them to start new business, the initial capital investment for them mainly was the home savings. The current policy environment, social public security environment and the legal environment were very good, but the public service environment was not very satisfying.As for the influence factors of the returned rural migrant workers’self-business behaviors, concluded that: there were 18 factors belonged to three major categories which could influence the returned rural migrant workers’self-business behaviors,variables such as age, gender, education background, satisfaction with family current situation, level of technology experience, innovative consciousness, risking insight, social communication abilities, whether they accepted the entrepreneurial training or not, had greatly important effects on the returned rural migrant workers’entrepreneurial behaviors.Age viable would have different effects on returned peasant workers’entrepreneurial behavior, the related relationship between viable age and the entrepreneurial behaviors presented inverted U-shaped curve, that meaned young adults were most likely to return home for self-business. The probability of returning home for self-business was greater for both rich families and poor families, but ordinary financial conditions had negative impact on the entrepreneurial behaviors, variables of social capital, whether they could get bank loans or not, policy support from the local government ete., had visibly positive impact on the entrepreneurial behaviors, social security conditions were not the decisive factor for them to start self-business.As far as the entrepreneurial intends were concerned, concluded that factors such as age, gender, educational level, the level of technical experience, satisfaction with current family situation, innovative consciousness, risking insight, whether they accepted the training or not, social communication ability, social capital, and experience they had in the city as a worker, had significant impacts on the returned rural migrant workers’entrepreneurial intentions. But the factors, such as entrepreneurial sites, successful precedent entrepreneurship model, the family economic situation, policy support and social security situation had no significant effect on their entrepreneurial intention, and of these factors, both positive and negative influence existed.The possible innovative points are as follews:(1) Used the life course theory to redefine the concept of“returned rural migrant workers”and“migrant workers returning home for self-business”, and used the push-pull theory, social mobility theory and hierarchy of needs theory to explain the mechanism of returned rural migrant workers’self-business behaviors. Concluded that the decision of going home for entrepreneurial was that migrant workers could make a rational choice after comparing the expected profits between migrant labor import and export regions during the push-pull power game between city and countryside;From the perspective of the social mobility theory,migrant workers’going home for entrepreneurship was the course of improving the social status and completing their re-socializations that through the upward mobility by becoming entrepreneurs. In the view of hierarchy of needs theory, migrant workers’going home for entrepreneurship was the most direct way to achieve their personal values, and to get much more understanding and respect after they satisfying the low level need.(2) Studied the special groups of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship—entrepreneuse,the author summarized the current typical characteristics of returned women entrepreneurs, analyzed the barrier factors when returned women migrant workers started self-business, such as the social prejudices against women, rural women never existed as an independent individual, female migrant workers got very limited social resources etc., also provided the count-measures to solve the problems that returned women entrepreneurs faced. In the end the author concluded that returned women entrepreneurs were the elite in rural areas, they had challenged the traditional expectations of women in rural society, by returning home to start self-business, they could re-enter into new relationships with family members, achieved re-position for themselves, at the same time by returning home for entrepreneurship they could build and pursuit goals of the way for a new life.(3) The support system construction for migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship. Analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats that the returned migrant workers faced for entrepreneurship based on the SWOT analysis, after establishing the EFE matrix, IFE matrix and QSPM matrix, concluded that advantages outweigh the disadvantages, opportunities were more than the threats for the migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship. In the end, construct the financial support system, skills support systems, entrepreneurship education training system, the legal support systems etc.. Esspecialy, the capital pooling model of Henan for entrepreneurship was full of enlightening meamings.In the end of this chapter, discussed meaning of alternative ways of entrepreneurship for returned migrant workers, using the form of case-analysis to study the concrete path that migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship to choose,concluded that entrepreneurial ways for them were full of multiplication tendency, and beginning from improving their comprehensive qualities and creating good external environment, putting forward to countermeasures and suggestions to promote or encourage migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.
