Simulation Research On The “X New European” International Railway Performance-based On Xi’an Port Transit

After Chongqing new European opened the first China-Europe international freight railway since2011, China has opened more than ten provinces and cities in China-Europe railway. Under the upsurge of opening the China-Europe railway, but it has also exposed some widespread problem such as exorbitant cost, shortage of goods supply, substantial government subsidies in China-Europe railway, the research of China-Europe railway are mainly in mode research, countermeasures research, research of along economy,and quantitative research for China-Europe railway also still insufficient.This article builds simulation model of the“X new European”international freight railway sharply through the way of multi-body modeling, standing the owner’s point of view and market-oriented, it also have a simulation study by Anylogic simulation software. Comparing the determined actual level of performance upgrade of quantitative under the performance values in two indexes that time and cost through research two mode which are provinces opening China-Europe railway independently and using Xi’an as a transit. Additionally, this article construct simulation models of the "X New European" international freight railway from the set of goods, regional transport, handling, route transport, customs clearance and other links, studying the railway’s actual operating results under various links quantitatively. On the basis of analysis of two "X New European" international freight railways operation mode, by analyzing the set of goods, regional transport, storage, handling, transport route, customs clearance and other links, studied specific reasons of the performance differences under two railways operating models.Finally, this article adjusted freight rates under the mode of Xi’an transit "X New European" international freight railway, it also forecasts railway’s changes in index results of operating costs.
