Research On The Performance And Synergy Of Family Farm And In Situ Urbanization In Zhangzi Country, Shanxi

As an important part of agricultural modernization, the family farm is an important agricultural organization form, and it is also an effective way to promote the rural areas to achieve the local urbanization. In situ urbanization as the effective way to raise up the development of China’s urbanization, it can effectively alleviate the drawbacks caused by the thrust of the countryside and towns "pull" each other under the action of farmers caused by "different urbanization". Whether there is a connection between the family farm and the development of the local urbanization and whether the two influence each other, is a perspective of the study of the integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of new urbanization.The Zhangzi County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province as the background, select ten family farm and rural as the research object. Analysis the cases of family farms and rural development situation and the existence question at present, using SPSS statistical software respectively on family farms in the case and in situ urbanization in 2010 to 2014 development performance is evaluated, and through a linear regression model was established and analysis the development of family farms for in situ role in promoting the development of urbanization and the interaction mechanism, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Research shows:(1)The family farm and in situ urbanization development at present situation in Zhangzi country exist many problems. It takes the "company + peasant household" to drive the pattern for the development of family farms, and go through the "agricultural integrators" the road to realize the rural urbanization in situ.(2)Through the factor analysis method, principal component analysis(PCA) score we can come to the conclusion that, from 2010 to 2014 family farm development performance showed an overall trend to improve, fluctuations in three family farm development performance, lags behind the development of; ten rural in situ urbanization development performance also increased year by year.(3)Through linear regression analysis results show that, according to the analysis results, we can find that the family farm development can promote the in situ urbanization level increased, in situ urbanization also improve positive effects of family farms. Therefore, they are synergistic relationship of mutual promotion.
