Research On Evaluation Of Material Support Capability Of Spacecraft Based On Grey Theory

With the rapid development of aerospace science and technology industry, and establishment of the socialist market economy, the reform of China ’s aerospace industry is carrying out in an orderly manner, thus management of space materials faces unprecedented opportunities. In addition, it faces the challenge from numerous enterprises at home and abroad, the core space components and key technology of raw material need to overcome, the development of aerospace industry, quality of supporting materials, cost and supply schedule conflicts need to be properly resolved. At present, the rapid development of the space industry urgently need s to improve material management and security ability. Therefore, it is necessary for us to enhance the types of material support ability in the aerospace research, actively promote the management of innovation, and explore new modes of aerospace materials to adapt to the new development.This article embarks from the spacecraft types of security, by analyzing domestic and foreign types of material support status and characteristics, comparing the types of evaluation method for material support ability, the article presented applicability and feasibility for using grey theory evaluation. According to models of spacecraft material guarantee, the author interviewed experts in related fields. By doing this, the author obtained first-hand information on the models of spacecraft materials guarantee ability evaluation. Based on an in-depth analysis of the investigation data, this paper constructs the evaluation index system, according to the construction of the evaluation index system, the thesis applied gray comprehensive evaluation method to models of spacecraft materials support ability evaluation. Finally, this paper selects the China Academy of Space Technology to carry out applied research, this paper constructs the evaluation model of the China Academy of Space T echnology, according to the evaluation results, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for spacecraft materials support ability promotion.The study of this thesis has two aspects of significance. On one hand, this paper constructs scientific and effective evaluation model for spacecraft material support ability and can apply to the evaluation of various types of s pacecraft guarantee ability, which has a strong practical value. On the other hand, the study of this paper is a good supplement for aerospace materials support ability, and the theoretical development of the field has a certain role in promoting.
