Real estate enterprises are now facing the problem of inventory and supply side of the requirements of the reform,the risk and pressure to increase,but at the same time,the rapid progress in science and technology,large-scale production,sharing and application data of modern information technology of profound changes in the human thinking,production,lift,learing stely,shows the profound world development prospects.Through big data,there may be a new perspective to find new business opportunities and reconstruct a new business model,so do not know real estate people can be in the era of big data application new carriers and new way to subvert the original business model.This is of great signification for the upgrading and sustainable development of real estate development enterprises.Therefor,the ability to apply big data on the real estate business in the movement is very critical and necessary.This paper will be based on the ability of housing prices to establish evaluation indicators and methods to solve the problem should have what ability to achieve what level,from what approach to enhance the problem.Firstly,Carries on the summary to the real estate development enterprises data application ability theory and maturity model,focusing on analysis of the deficiency of existing data application ability.Secondly,Capability maturity model were estabilished: 1)maturity model analysis;2)capability maturity model for real estate development enterprises data application ability for analysis;3)the maturity model dimension analysis,the estabilishment of a real estate development enterprise data application ability maturity model is a two-dimensional structure;4)to the real estate development enterprise data application ability of analytical grade,will be its ability to grade is divided into(status quo)in the past,grasp the pattern discovery,prediction and optimization of four grades;5)establish the final real estate development enterprise data application ability maturity model.Thirdly,The establishment of the index system: 1)maturity characteristic analysis;2)after conclusion of the analysis of a large number of documents and experts interviews based on initial construction of the real estate development enterprise data application ability maturity evaluation index system;3)based on the theory of system engineering were index system optimization;the final index system is established.This is based,combined with four capability levels and evaluation criteria,evaluation model is established by using Grey theory evaluation criteria,evaluation model is established by using Grey theory evaluation method quantitative data application ability,and from a complete maturity model and four application ability level,11 evaluation index.Fifthly,On the case of a real estate development enterprise data application ability,maturity level in order to find out the schema level,indicating that ability in applications of the enterprise's data maturity level is not high enough,and in line with the actual situation.According to the evidence of the effectiveness of the model.
