The Production Mechanization And Development Strategies Of Xinjiang Walnut

At present, Xinjiang walnut industry has begun to take shape, the overall development shows a gratifying trend, but the level of the mechanization development was relative insufficient, especially the prenatal link which account for a large proportion of the workload was less mechanized. It has become a bottleneck that restrict to the development of Xinjiang walnut industry. How to improve the level of mechanization of production is one of the important safeguards that guarantee the development of Xinjiang walnut industry was scientific, healthy, fast and orderly, also, it was an important issue that agricultural authorities at all levels have been continuous research to explore and seek to resolve.This paper describes the domestic walnut cultivation, distribution and development of mechanized and trends, a clear pattern of development of the domestic walnut, proposed research content and methods of the production mechanization for Xinjiang walnut industry. Then discussed the walnut planting status from policy support, cropping patterns etc, to fully reflect the current situation of the Xinjiang walnut planting; give the depth analysis on the status of various aspects of the mechanization prenatal management, identify constraints and public constraints of the various aspects, identify the problems faced by walnut production mechanization. Then used SWOT to make the comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges which walnut industry was faced with in prenatal aspects of production mechanization in advancing the process, find the favorable and unfavorable conditions in Xinjiang, proposed a theoretical basis for strategy and management.The results showed that the current constraints which Xinjiang walnut production mechanization faced with are mainly:(1) Machinery and equipment for traditional agronomic are poor;(2) Walnut basic research was weak, the scientific research strength was inadequate, the development cycle of new products was long, affected the mechanization progress;(3) The mechanization development of the all sectors of production of walnut is not balanced, technical and management personnel were insufficient, mechanized operations training were fragmentation;(4) follow-up processing enterprises in processing capacity was insufficient, affected the prenatal mechanization.In order to make the walnut industry production mechanization come true, Xinjiang need to strengthen the following aspects:(1) Looking at the overall situation, seize the opportunity, give the reasonable position on the walnut industry, planning scientifically, implementation the mechanization production;(2) According to local conditions to improve the walnut business model, strengthen management, optimize the industrial layout and configuration;(3) Implant production mechanization concept, promote agricultural agronomic integration walnut production;(4) Increase walnut special machinery research and development efforts, and actively promote;(5) Actively expand the walnut market, the adjustment of product structure, increase efficiency postpartum, forming a virtuous pattern;(6).The application of modern information technology to strengthen the walnut industry mechanization service system.
