Research On Performance Evaluation Of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain In Henan Province

With the concept of health promotion, people pay more attention to fresh agricultural products.The research topic of fresh agricultural products supply chain is universal concerned, the performance evaluation of it is one of the key point of research content.The performance evaluation of fresh agricultural products supply chain can effectively measures the level of achieving the goal,thus it provides powerful decision support for the operation and development of supply chain.As an important fresh agricultural products production province in China, the performance level of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan Province has the important strategic significance to the development of fresh agricultural products supply chain of Henan Province and even to the whole country. Based on it, the paper researches fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan Province, and objectivly evaluates the performance level of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan Province in the perspective of performance.First of all, the paper describes the related concept, teases the related literature at home and abroad, summarizes the research situation. Secondly, the paper uses SWOT method to analyze the situation of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan Province systematically, finds out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats,so it provides the reality basis for the index system. Again, on the basis of criteria of performance evaluation of fresh agricultural products supply chain, the paper combines the outcome of SWOT method to establish the index system of performance evaluation of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan Province which includes logistics performance, information performance, cash flow performance. On the basis of summarizing performance evaluation method of supply chain, the paper uses entropy weight theory and analytic hierarchy process method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index weights, and determines to use center-point triangular whitenization weight function to evaluate the supply chain. Then the paper evaluates a "company + base" business model in Henan Province to verify the feasibleness and effectiveness of the established index system and the selectedmethods. Finally, according to the result analysis and cause analysis, the paper puts forward the improving measures for fresh agricultural products supply chain.In this paper, there are two innovation points. Firstly, the paper establishes fresh agricultural products supply chain performance evaluation index system in Henan Province which consists of logistics performance flow, performance information flow,and cash flow performance. Secondly, the paper uses the entropy weight theory and analytic hierarchy process to determine weights, and then uses triangular whitenization weight function theory to evaluate the performance.We hope this research can provide a useful reference for the development of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Henan province.
