With rapid development in past decades, a bottleneck of traditional manufacturing industry came. Developing path of intelligent manufacturing is to be more smooth due to widespread use of technologies of the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data ect. Manufacturing industry is an important constituent of Chinese economy, and 3D printing is an important constituent of intelligent manufacturing. 3D printing is being prompted by national development strategies such as "made in China 2025", “industrial 4.0” etc. and will play a further important part soon. Guangdong CASZF Technology Co., LTD is a newly set up company, born in this favorable ara, she should rapidly develop in the modern times. However, it is the key point for the company to survive though its infant period, that how to utilize the favorable situation, completely identify internal advantages so as to determine the correct direction of development. To clearly and maturely plan business and functional strategies, is the important insurance for the company to develop as per established strategies.This paper is to help the company to formulate the corresponding strategy, by analyzing concretely. Base on the entrepreneurship environment of CASZF, by the guidance of enterprise development strategy theory, PEST analysis model and SOWT analysis model, this paper analyzes national strategic development direction, industry competition situation. By referring to the professional research institutions for the forecast of industry development environment, this paper analyzes market prospects and development opportunities. The enterprise’s competitive advantage also analyzed, while its weakness and inferiority are identified. Besides, this papers has come up with the measures needed to be taken to plan and improve the management.Through analysis, this paper considers that CASZF should set a mission of “be a 3D printing popularizer”, and set up targets for the market promotion, innovation, profit, and social contribution, etc. It is concluded that the development strategies of the alliance and cooperation, combined with external advantage resources, will keep the enterprise vitality, and promote enterprise development through intrapreneuring. To ensure the overall strategy implementation, this paper planed strategic organization structure, establishes of human resource management system, and strengthens enterprise culture construction.
