Research On Implementation Strategy Of Intelligent Manufacturing For C Plastic Products Company

In recent years,with the disappearance of the demographic dividend in our country,the manufacturing industry,which has developed rapidly by relying on the advantage of labor cost,has begun to face various problems such as rising labor cost,intensified competition and industrial upgrading.The new round of industrial revolution represented by intelligent manufacturing is the main way to solve the shortage of labor force and the rising cost of labor force.It has become a new trend of global manufacturing development.How to implement the development strategy of intelligent manufacturing,promote the intelligent transformation of enterprises,improve production efficiency,improve product quality and reduce production costs,so as to improve economic efficiency and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,is a problem that enterprises are trying to explore.Taking the development strategy and project of intelligent manufacturing implemented by C Plastic Products Company as an example,this paper studies the prominent problems faced by the implementation of intelligent manufacturing by analyzing the current situation,development trend and implementation goal of automation,informatization and integration of C Company.Based on the development experience of the transformation of Intelligent Manufacturing in the same industry,this paper puts forward C Company's intelligent manufacturing from the non-technical and technical levels.Suggestions for implementing strategies.At the non-technical level,from the perspectives of enterprise strategy,organizational structure,management system,human resources,capital,industrial chain and so on,and through the construction of intelligent factory as the carrier of intelligent manufacturing,this paper explores how to realize the intellectualization of product design,production,logistics,sales and service in the whole life cycle.It can provide reference for promoting the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in C company,improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.It can also provide reference for other enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing projects and explore the development mode of multi-dimensional intelligent manufacturing.
