With the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprises in our country must realize the competition is essentially talent competition. If enterprises want to survive and develop, it must make fully prepared in the terms of human resources as a strategic resource.How to develop the potential of employees, motivate employees generate higher job performance, enhance organizational capacity, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the organization, has becoming the focus of attention for academic and enterprise management personal.In recent years, the knowledge workers of new generation have been or becoming the backbone of our country in the corporate human resources, and its value is gradually revealed in economic and social development in our country. Therefore, the paper take perceived organizational support, psychological capital, job satisfaction and job performance variables in the same within the framework of analysis, and to explore the relationship between perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and job performance, with the purpose of providing reference for the enterprises development.The paper put forward the research hypothesis based on the literature review, namely: the impact of perceived organization support on psychological capital, job satisfaction, job performance; the impact of psychological capital on job satisfaction, job performance; the impact of job satisfaction on job performance. Then, we build a structural equation model based on the research hypothesis. In this paper, a questionnaire to collect data, and develop research scale by drawing on perceived organizational support, psychological capital, job satisfaction, job performance related maturity scale, and combining with the actual situation of the research. Through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and path analysis for structural equation model using SPSS22.0, AMOS22.0 statistical software, the paper explore the interactions between variables.Correlation analysis concluded that there is a significant correlation between perceived organizational support, psychological capital, job satisfaction, job performance of the knowledge workers of new generation. Through path analysis for structural equation model,we find perceived organizational support of psychological capital, job satisfaction, job performance has a significant positive impact; psychological capital has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance; job satisfaction affect job performance was not significant. Therefore, this study proposed some advises as follows: we should to increasethe level of organizational support, let the knowledge works of new generation feel the organizational care and concern; carrying out psychological counseling and helping workers to enhance the level of psychological capital; providing professional training for the knowledge workers of new generation and conducting career management.
