Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of Listed Power Enterprises Under Low-carbon Economy

In recent years, caused by the "high energy consumption, high emissions, high pollution" traditional mode of economic development of global warming and melting glaciers phenomenon aroused people’s attention. It is also an urgent requirement change the current phenomenon, to the transformation of the mode of development of the "low consumption, low emission, low pollution". Low carbon economy to flourish in the global range, with the in-depth development of economic globalization, resources shortage and environmental deterioration is increasing, the development of low carbon economy is no longer just a slogan has evolved into the a global revolution of human production and way of life, values, the rights and interests of the state and the destiny of mankind. Enterprises as the main body of economic development, in the context of low carbon economy to actively change the way of economic development, to seek the road of low carbon has become the inevitable choice for China’s enterprises, it is the case. The electric power industry is the basic energy industry which provides an important guarantee for the development of national economy. In the position of the first basic industry in the national economy, it is also the priority of economic development in the world. With the deepening of the reform of China’s electric power system, the power industry gradually realize the transformation from the planned economy to the socialist market economic system, the monopoly of the power industry is gradually broken market along with the establishment of the corresponding competition mechanism, electric listed companies have mushroomed rapid emergence of, in the competitive market, electric power listed companies facing unprecedented opportunities for development at the same time, is also facing the unprecedented challenge. Because of the characteristics of high carbon emissions in the production and operation of power enterprises, the development of low carbon economy in China has a great responsibility. Our country attaches great importance to energy conservation and emission reduction work, emphasizes the development of green, low carbon economy, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Because of the characteristics of high carbon emission in the power industry, the development of China’s low carbon economy bears great responsibilities. Construction of low carbon performance evaluation index system of power enterprises is an important measure to promote the low carbon business of electric power enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the relevant issues of the performance evaluation system of listed power enterprises in the perspective of low carbon.This paper tries to analysis summary contribution from the perspective of low carbon power listed companies in all aspects of the strategic performance evaluation system, and puts forward suggestions to improve the power performance evaluation of listed companies, our country electric power listed companies operating performance evaluation theory. The influence of listed power enterprise performance evaluation system from the low carbon economy of through comparative analysis and fusion analysis, innovatively construct to join the low-carbon index for the basic framework of performance evaluation index system of the core, and according to the selection of low carbon business value chain and performance evaluation index system design principles of performance evaluation index system. This paper mainly through the way of issuing the questionnaire survey, combined with hierarchy analysis method to determine the weights of the index system of performance evaluation, combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for analysis of a listed power enterprise from the management state of the 2014. And the results are compared with the evaluation results of the "state owned capital evaluation rules", and the conclusion is drawn.
