In recent years, the innovation of electronic products represented by the smartphone gradually becomes outstanding in personalized demand, we give more emphasis on "user experience". The innovation of merchants must center on the user experience, any innovation far away from the actual life is the innovation, regardless of the actual situation, just for innovation, consumers won’t pay for it. The resulting problem is that how the vendors who face the consumers capture numerous, diverse and rapidly changing demand information; In the process of product innovation, we also face problems how vendors ensure the correct studying direction, how they can quickly and efficiently design a successful product prototype, quickly and effectively complete a series of transition process from product concept to product prototype to smooth production. Innovation theory of “lead user” is put forward, through years of practical application, It is verified that lead users can help enterprises solve these problems in the process of innovation. Users who have rich practical experience to the products or service, who have certain industry knowledge and professional skills, and who have strong sense of innovation, they can help businesses mine real demand, grasp market trends, and provide innovative solutions, they actually give efficient innovation. But innovative methods of leading users also need to be updated with the development of science and technology, with the advancement of industry and the Times, especially in the new innovative environment, it is necessary to study influencing factors about innovative performance of leading consumers, it’s important for vendors to better organize and motivate leading users in the process of cooperation.Based on the innovation of smartphone as the background, we study influencing factors of innovative performance for leading users. First of all, through summarizing research results at home and abroad, I determine the main factors that influence the leading users’ innovative performance, and then I put forward assumptions and construction model; Second, I classify the dimensions and give indicator selection, in this article, from three dimensions, the economic benefits of innovative products,technical efficiency and users’ satisfaction, I measure the users’ innovative performance,I regard influencing factors as the leading users(including innovative motivation and self-induction efficiency),the factors from the enterprise(including users’ innovative toolbox and source of challenging pressure and organizations’ innovative atmosphere),these factors work on the innovative performance under leading users’ features; Next,through questionnaires, I collected the survey data, through the empirical analysis, I verify the hypothesis, and analyze the results, finally, combining with the research background, in the process of innovative performance for leading users, suggestions are put forward according to how to better face the above factors.
