The Research Of Comprehensive Evaluation On The Growth Of Innovative Small And Medium Enterprises In The Internet Environment

Innovative small and medium enterprises(innovative SMEs) as the main force of technological innovation have an important impact on China’s economic development. And a correct understanding of the growth of innovative SMEs is an important basis for government policies and business decisions. In order to effective evaluation on growth of innovative SMEs, we can not ignore the impact of the Internet environment. Base on innovative SMEs growth theory, this paper analyzes the impact of the Internet environment for the growth of innovative SMEs, constructs evaluation system of growth of innovative SMEs, and comprehensively evaluate the growth of innovative SMEs base on data of 49 innovative SMEs. According to analysis, the article builds an indicator system of growth of innovative SMEs in the Internet environment and chooses factor analysis and cluster analysis as method of comprehensive evaluation. Indicator system is divided into internal conditions and external environment. Internal conditions include quality of management, quality of employee, technical innovation capability, marketing capability, financial capability, and application of information technology. External environment includes supporting degree of market, regional environment, policy environment and innovation network. Application of information technology and innovation network are ignored by predecessors and highlight influence of Internet on the growth of innovative SMEs. But some impact of Internet on innovative SMEs have not been included in this index system due to the limitations of the data. In the further study, it should be take into account. In addition, we believe that the Internet environment has a profound effect on business growth. So in study about business growth, we should pay attention to this impact.
