The Evaluation Research On International Growth Power Of Sme Under The Perspective Of Cluster Innovation Net

The cluster of small and medium enterprises will become the main mode of the future development of industry of our country and the private economy. Growth of internationalization of SMEs cluster innovation refers to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises under the process in the form of clusters of internationalization. At present, the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters in China are only present in the eastern coastal areas and some developed areas, because the cluster of small and medium enterprises internationalization is still in the primary stage. It is significant and imperative to further expand the development space of small and medium enterprises and the scale of development, to vigorously develop the internationalization of SMEs cluster, to strengthen theoretical study on the internationalization of SMEs cluster growth.Putting the"internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster development evaluation" as the research object, using multidisciplinary theories, to the international growth of SMEs in cluster, we study the internal system, mechanism and development of the external environment, analyzed the profound connotation and essential characteristics, discusses the general mode and operation mechanism, reveals the evolution rules and path of core competitiveness. We constructed the model of it and have carried on the case analysis. Finally, put forward the related countermeasure.The work we do is as follows:(1) On cluster innovation perspective, we clarified the connotation, the internationalization of SMEs growth mechanism, and the evaluation of growth stress framework, enriched the relevant theory.(2) Starting from the six aspects, we construct the internationalization of SMEs cluster innovation from the perspective of capacity evaluation index system. We put forward the evaluation model of growth of SMEs. It is operational.(3) Based on theoretical analysis and case studies, from the government level and enterprise level, we propose to SMEs, operational improve cluster innovation perspective of internationalization growth force policy recommendations. We propose the policy recommendations of international growth of medium-sized and small enterprises under the cluster Innovation Perspective.
