With the rapid development of Chinese catering industry, The problem of Staff turnover in Catering enterprises has become a bottleneck what restricting the sustainable development of the catering industry. In recent years, Xi’an catering enterprises having faced a serious problem of turnover in staff. Rate of staff turnover in catering industry is become more and more higher. In this case, improving the management of enterprises and reducing the rate of turnover become particularly important. But now, there are some problems of Xi’an Catering Industry. such as management of human resources system have no standard,incentive mechanism in enterprise is unsound, system of culture management in enterprise is imperfect. Daily management system of enterprise is unsound.So, We need to reduce the rate of employee turnover in Xi’an catering industry, Achieve a healthy and stable development of the catering industry in Xi’an.This paper carries on the research analysis and countermeasures what focuses on the problem of the catering staffs’ turnover in Xi’an. From the environment of Xi’an catering industry. By studying the theory and countermeasures of Catering enterprises’ turnover what put forward from scholars. Combined with the practical situation of Xi’an Catering Industry,Reference the experience of the restaurant industry in Xi’an. Basic on the theory of turnover,such as the meaning of employee turnover, the characteristics of employee turnover,the classification of employee turnover, the Influence of employee turnover. Put forward several kinds of theories about employee turnover. provides basic theory and model to solve the problem of the employee turnover of catering industry in Xi’an. Get the analysis of the current situation, influence and reasons of catering staffs’ turnover in Xi’an. Analysis several problems about the turnover of catering employees in Xi’an. Put forward the principles and measures to solve the problem of the turnover on the catering industry in Xi’an. Abide by the principle of people oriented,Pay attention to the development of the system, Maintain a balanced development of the enterprise. Puts forward some concrete countermeasures onsolving the problem of the turnover of catering enterprises staff in Xi’an.
