In the era of global competition and knowledge economy,the sustainable development of enterprises depends fundamentally on the competitive advantage of enterprises.Enterprises need the industry to choose a rational,but also continue to practice hard to enhance the competitive advantage.Human resources are the most active factors in the factors of productivity,and are the key factors for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness.How to attract and retain good talent is the key to establish an effective incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Excellence managers can link the needs of employees and business goals,give full play to the potential of employees,to achieve business and staff goals and interests between the sustainable development.Incentive refers to the psychological process of continuously motivating people's motives and inner motivations to keep their mental processes in a state of excitement and encouraging people to act towards the desired goals.Staff motivation is a systematic and complex work,the need for enterprises to establish a sound incentive mechanism for the actual situation of enterprises and staff needs flexible use of various incentives to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff work.On the basis of reading a large amount of incentive literature,this paper discusses the main theories of incentive in China and abroad,and analyzes the existing problems of employee incentive management in ABC Company,and puts forward the problems of improving incentive mechanism.Countermeasures,in order to help enterprises improve employee incentive mechanism to improve the level of incentives.
