Since ancient times human resources has been the essential factor in social progress andenterprises development, playing more vital role than other resources such as technology andmaterial resources. In the human resource management, incentive program varies in differentforms as performance management, payroll&benefit administration and career planning, inthe purpose of stimulating employees’initiative to produce maximum value for the company.As the core factor of human resource management, incentive has been the focus of study ofnumerous scholars. This paper presents the analysis of problems of current incentive program of S companythrough statistical analysis of survey results from interviews, questionnaires. Based on theanalysis and relevant theory of material and moral incentives, this paper provides advices onestablishment of a proper incentive system which will benefit the development of the com This paper is unique in integrating reward management, performance management andcareer planning into a logical and effective employee incentive system, orientated towardsemployee incentives. To better serve the multi-project management of real estate companies,suitable performance assessment scheme and establishment of assessment objects will beindispensable. Results of performance assessment should be applied effectively and timely toensure the expected effect. The research results of this paper will provide guidelines foremployee incentive program of this company and could be applied as reference for othercompanies in the real estate industry.
