This paper studies the Ordos City farmers’ income level, a change in the revenue structure and the main factors affecting revenues and income changes, by finding from the perspective of farmers’ income structure of this increase farmers’ income measures aimed at improving the living standards of rural residents, reduce urban-rural the income gap and accelerate the process of urbanization, and promote economic development in Ordos City.In this paper, Erdos collected nearly 30 years of farmers ’income data, longitudinal comparison over the years, per capita net income of farmers Erdos, analysis of changes in farmers’ income trends; then through horizontal contrast with the region, the country’s average per capita income level of farmers compared with major sources of income comparison, the income of farmers and thus found Erdos advantages and disadvantages.Finally, identify existing problems, factors farmers’ income, combined with the specific circumstances propose targeted and efficient solutions. Studies have shown that the structure of Erdos income situation compared to the region’s structure is more reasonable,through constant development, wage income will gradually become another major source of income of the farmers. For the future need to expand the channels to improve the income of farmers, in many ways to increase their income. Agricultural industrial scale,lack of respect and low level of industrialization, have not formed with leading and exemplary role of brands, indirectly restrict farmers’ income. Therefore proposed, and vigorously promote the industrialization of agriculture, the adjustment of agricultural structure, strengthen rural education, science and technology to improve service levels,encourage the development of non-agricultural industries, promotion of rural surplus labor force to improve land management policy suggestions.
