With the decreasing efficiency of the coal industry, coal enterprises begin to have operating difficulties and theystart to look for a new way out. Although the background of China’s electrolytic aluminum, electrolytic aluminum is a high energy consuming industry.If it does not reduce the cost of power generation,the development is greatly constrained. Thus,some of large coal enterprises seize the opportunity to seek transformation of the integration of coal-electricity-aluminum.The object of this paper is defined as the implementation of coal-electricity-aluminum integration of large-scale coal enterprises.Based on the research and analysis of the present situation of coal, electricity and aluminum industries in China and in order to face the market impact,this paper is to solve the problem of the optimization of the product structure of the integration of coal-electricity-aluminum in large coal enterprises.On this basis,the structure optimization model of the coal-electricitity-aluminum of the large coal enterprises is established in this paper.The linear programming method and cost-benefit analysis are adopted in the model.About the establishment of structure optimization model of coal-electricitity-aluminum,first of all, the basic situation of coal, electricity and aluminum are simplely intuoducted,variables and constraint conditions of the model are accordingly determined,the overall optimization model with the maximum profit of coal enterprises is obtained,and using LINGO software to solve the model.Secondly, the model is used in Datun coal company for coal-electricitity-aluminum products structure optimization as the object for analysis and verification,and the model is used to carry on the related situation analysis.Finally, the following conclusions are obtained through the application of the model and the analysis of the situation:(1) Coal sector can be reasonable in structure through washing coal washery coal commodity prices and demand changes.(2)Power generation can be decided through changes of the electricity price and get the amount of coal consumption to facilitate the reasonable arrangement of the coal supply.(3)Reasonable arrangement of product variety and production of aluminum can be predected through changes of the market demand and prices of aluminum products.(4) The analysis of situation between power plant and aluminum found that the direct supply of aluminum consumption increase, power plant profit decline, but the group’s total profit was increased.Thus,aluminum for collective profit contribution is greaterthan the power plant.In the condition of meeting the normal power generation, the power plant should give priority to aluminum ensuring the plant.Overall study found that the optimization model establishment of coal-electricity-aluminum structure of large-scale coal enterprises can play a certain role in the decision-making of coalelectricity-aluminum production planning.
