Research On Electricity-coal Physical Distribution System Optimization Disposition

The coal is one of our country's main energy, the development of coal industry has supported the national economy growth. The main consumption of the coal is electric industry, the insufficient supply of electricity-coal has seriously influenced our country's economy and the residents' living . The main reason of insufficient of electricity supply is the unproper logistics of the electricity-coal, it includes two problems, the transportation and storage of electricity-coal. In recent years, the shipping market freight index rises rapidly, the transportation capacity of electricity-coal could not satisfy the market, it makes the supply of the electricity-coal more difficult, and also makes the rise of the cost of power plant, it is common to cut off the power in order to reduce the pressure caused by the tight power supply, and it has made bad influence to the social and economic development. Speaking of our country's electricity-coal logistics, how to carry on the thorough analysis to the electricity-coal logistics, and how to make the proper solutions to the existing problems, how to optimize the electricity-coal logistics, those questions need us pay more researches on it.Firstly, based on the theory of logistics, this paper analyzes the socio-economic characteristics and related theory of electricity-coal logistics, then exoatiates on the concept, composition and characteristics of electricity-coal logistics from the system point. Secondly, by analyzing the status of China's electricity-coal logistics, this paper finds out reasons of the electricity-coal logistics problem are the unclear fuction of electricity-coal access, as well as the unreasonable electricity-coal storage system, at last, this paper makes the optimization analysis to the transport corridors, logistics nodes, energy storage and transportation methods, logistics organizations of the electricity-coal logistics system in the short and long term.
