According to the post-crisis era of global economic weakness background and the China’s economic transformation of domestic and international economic environment, Chinese employees’ pressure from working already ranked the first place in the world. Employees are vitality of enterprises, but since the rapid rising of the domestic internet banking, the employees of major traditional industries are facing unprecedented pressure now. In this new environment, how to solve this problem and organize performance stable become a management issue. In the trend of thought of positive human behavior in organizations, what foreign scholars find is the great influence of individual resilience under pressure. Then what the function is resilience between pressure and performance? When employees work under stressful situations, does the behavior affect organizational performance? This is the research focus throughout the paper below.This research created job stressor and job performance model on the basis of cognitive change theory Perceived organizational support theory and broaden-build theory.In this model organizationg citizenship behavior and resilience serve as mediating variable and regulated variable repectively. According to the established model and the variables in it,a scale was formulated. After revising the scale,we gathered 188 valid questionnaires altogether form financial,internet,real estate and services.The results indicated that the scale enjoyed nice reliability and high validity.By use of hierarchical regression, this study carried out effective check analysis for the hypothesis. The above analysis showed that challenging pressure and job performance positively correlated,but contextual performance display a descending trend as blocking trend increased.It also showed that organization citizenship behavior played a mediating role in the influence of challenging pressure on job performance. Finally,between job stressor and task performance is regulated by resilience.According to the final data analysis results of this research,it is proposed that enterprises can make effective stress management according to staff characteristics and improve mental resilience of staff through employee assistance progaram. However,it is necessary to contain a reasonable limits when traning staff mental resilience. In addition,enterprises should establish a supportive culture when facing pressure situation in order to ensure stable and improve organizational performance.
