Research The Infulence Of Technolog Management On Enterprise Performance In The Process Of Technological Capability Improvement

The central committee of the communist party of China and the state council issued The Development Outline of National Innovation, it marks the beginning of the innovation driven development strategy of our country. Enterprises are the main body of national innovation, while enterprises’ technological capability is the foundation of innovation,so technological capability will provide technical support for enterprises’ on carrying out the innovation driven development strategy. During that procedure, technology management guarantees the efficient of technological capability, and help to achieve the goal of rapidly improving enterprise performance. The key technical activities are constantly changing when enterprises pursuit the ascension of technological capability. Therefore we should implement technology management activities according to the trait of different ascension stages of technological capabilities. Only in this way can help the enterprises performance rapidly raise.Firstly, this paper analyses the characteristics of the ascension of technological capability. This thesis theoretically analyzes the promotion stages of technological capability and its features, and analyzing technological capability threshold using the method of data analysis. This paper expounds the essential properties of technological capability improvement from the perspective of knowledge; Secondly, this paper analyzed the impact of technology management on enterprise performance by the way of theoretical analysis and empirical research and drew the conclusion that the impact of technology management to enterprise performance is different during different stages of technological capability. Then in-depth analysis of the difference, and through the measurement of technology management, technological capability and enterprise performance, this paper empirically tests the hypotheses proposed before. This paper proposed the pattern of changing technology management elements aiming at different stages of technological capability. Finally, the thesis proposes suggestions according to different stages of technological capability to improve enterprise performance.
