| In the new round of technological revolution sweeping the globe and industrial change tremendous pressure, in the face of the continued downturn in the economic situation, China’s reform entered a crucial period. To achieve stable and healthy economic development goals, to implement innovation-driven development strategy to become the focus of the current work. Implementation of national innovation strategy as a contribution to innovation is inseparable from the main business of China, however, the overall level of independent innovation capability is weak. Due to the lack of independent intellectual property rights, core technology and active sense of innovation, enterprise development China has entered the winter period. To help businesses break through the bottleneck, the country should further deepen reform of science and technology, establish and improve enterprise innovation support system, strengthen the innovation process as an innovative enterprise main role. At the same time, enterprises should also strengthen the training of its own awareness of independent innovation, strengthen technological innovation capacity to achieve the goal of improving innovation performance.In this study, when combing the literature found that static contradicts prior studies of the dynamic nature of technological innovation capability to build its dimensions, which hinders the ability to carry out innovative research enterprise technology to a certain extent. In this study, combined with dynamic evolutionary process of technological innovation and the ability to model, a dynamic enterprise technology innovation ability to explain the concept of dynamic enterprise technology innovation capability essentially improved. Select high-tech listed companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and electronic information technology industry as the research sample, using statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0 and AMOS21.0 on Technological Innovation Ability dynamic factor analysis, the ability to build enterprise technology innovation dynamic conceptual model. On the basis of the concept of enterprise technology innovation dynamic capability dimension, using statistical analysis software AMOS21.0 further explored enterprise technology innovation capacity of dynamic dimensions of innovation performance and economic performance influence.The findings in the following areas:(1) dynamic enterprise technology innovation ability conceptual model by the Environment insight, technological innovation resources, learning and research and development capabilities constitute four dimensions. (2) Environmental insight have a significant positive impact on the economic performance of enterprises, and between environmental insight and innovative performance does not exist a significant positive correlation. (3) technological innovation resources have significant positive impact on innovation performance and economic performance. (4) ability to learn a significant positive impact on innovation performance and economic performance. (5) research and development capabilities have a significant positive impact on innovation performance, but the impact on research and development capabilities and improving economic performance is not significant. Research on enterprise technology innovation dynamic capabilities of the conceptual model for Chinese enterprises to improve the capability of independent innovation provides an effective way to guide. An Empirical Study on the Relationship of Technological Innovation Dynamic Capabilities dimensions on innovation performance and economic performance of Chinese enterprises in the actual production and operation management effectively improve innovation performance and economic performance to provide useful suggestions. |
