In today’s world, especially after the financial crisis, the western developed capitalist countries and emerging economies, in order to achieve the development and progress of economic, to revive manufacturing as the core formulated the "re-industrialization" strategy, manufacturing become the focus of global economic competition. In 2012, Germany proposed industrial 4.0 concept that by building "smart factory" to realize personalization and digital intelligent manufacturing mode. In 2012, the United States proposed the "Advanced Manufacturing National Strategic Plan", the plan pointed out that the important position of manufacturing and manufacturing future development trends, established manufacturing development objectives and specific measures to achieve the goal. In 2015, Japan proposed "robot strategy", through robotics innovation to lead the robot development in the era of things. Since reform and opening, Chinese manufacturing industry develop rapidly, the manufacturing industry scale ranks first in the world, but Chinese manufacturing industry faces many problems, low-end manufacturing areas are overcapacity, high-end manufacturing are still gaps with the developed countries, in general, ability of independent innovation is weak, product quality is not high and lack famous brands in the world, China’s manufacturing industry is big but not strong. In 2014, China proposed "Made in China 2025" strategic plan, in order to achieve the goals to be Manufacture Powerful Country. Manufacturing is the most active areas of technological innovation, China proposed innovation-driven development strategy in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in order to achieve the change from made in China to Created in China.Innovation plays an important role on the development of manufacturing IV enterprises, it can make the enterprise occupy a certain advantage in market competition. Technology innovation and management innovation are both important parts of enterprise innovation, at present, enterprises gradually realize the importance of innovation for enterprise development, actively engaged in innovation activities, but they take more attention on technological innovation than management innovation. Technological innovation can really bring certain benefits for enterprise, but outcomes of technological innovation need the assistance of management innovation to realize faster and more efficient commercialization, leading to greater efficiency for the enterprise.This study will explore the relationship among technological innovation, management innovation capability and business enterprise performance. Analyze literatures, selected the evaluation indexes of technological innovation, management innovation capability and enterprise performance based on the input-output perspective. Through analyzing the theory that technological innovation capability and management innovation capability impact on the enterprise performance, then put forward the hypothesis. This study suggests that technological innovation capability and management innovation ability have positive impact on the enterprise performance, and the impact of management innovation ability on enterprise performance is stronger than the impact of technological innovation capability on enterprise performance.This study selected the GEM manufacturing listed companies as research samples. Through wind financial information database, corporate annual reports and the State Intellectual Property Office to collect data, according to the study variables evaluation index, delete the study sample with missing data, finally determine 249 manufacturing firms as samples. Using Excel and SPSS to process and analyzes the data.Using factor analysis method to establish the technological innovation, management innovation ability and the enterprise performance evaluation system, and according to the factor score matrix and the main factor of variance contribution rate to calculate the sample technology innovation, management innovation and corporate performance value, preparing for regression analysis. The regression analysis verified that technology innovation ability, management innovation ability both have positive impact on enterprise performance, and the impact of management innovation ability on enterprise performance is stronger than the impact of technological innovation capability on enterprise performance. Finally, analyzed the results, and provide recommendations for enterprises. They can improve enterprise performance by enhancing technological innovation ability and management innovation ability.
