The equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in the field of industry,it has an important meaning for the development of national economy and national security. With the coming of a new tide of industry reform, China has promulgate a new strategic guideline-《Made in China 2025》 to meet the international competition. The strategic goal of manufacturing power require the independent innovation,however the development of the equipment manufacturing industry has been restricted by the poor independent ability. Under this background, how to further promote the formation of the independent innovation capacity is what the government and enterprises concentrate on.Through a large number of papers reading and based on the existing research, this paper use mathematical modeling and simulation analysis method to study the question around the formation of independent innovation capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry. First, explain the independent innovation capacity from system perspective. Analysis the system composition of independent innovation capacity and the synergic relationship between subsystem. Form synergy perspective,explain the formation of independent innovation capacity. Then, based on the B-Z three-dimensional analysis model, establish non-linear differential equations to describing the mutual relationship between each subsystem; through the linear stability analysis, to explore the possibility of the system orderly evolution, and then use adiabatic elimination method to realize the system dimension reduction, get the order parameter equation to characterize the system order. Through the numerical simulation, analysis the dynamic relation between each subsystem, emphatically discusses the influence of other variables to the dominant ability. Finally this paper use the mathematical model to analysis the Harbin equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the selected relevant data in 2013 of the equipment manufacturing industry of Harbin and its contrast city, calculate and analysis the existing ability and investment level; Using the order parameter equation, describing the evolution trend of system order of Harbin and contrast cities, compared with other cities by Harbin, analyze the key factors affecting the system order; From the perspective of improve the system order, gives the countermeasures for improving the independent innovation capacity of Harbin equipment manufacturing industry.
