Then through analysis of equipment manufacturing industry in the future development trend, and study the measures and modes of promoting national equipment manufacturing industry development and industrial upgrading in Germany United States and Japan. Finally, the study found that only the road of independent innovation and breakthroughs in core technologies can enhance international competitiveness and industrial upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry fundamentally. Apart from this the construction of the digital factory, intelligent transformation; transferring overseas industry, equipment manufacturers accelerate China's "going out"; the equipment manufacturing industry to strengthen the brand culture shape and enhance the service value chain; to create a model factory, producing high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises; actively develop green equipment manufacturing. At the same time, the Government should provide our equipment manufacturing industry in the process of upgrading from the capital, taxation, infrastructure, good platform condition; and create a good cultural ideas; establish dominance industry and improve personnel training mechanism, from more comprehensive perspective to achieve industrial upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing.
