Study On Mutualism Between Enterprises And Research Institues In Industrial Cluster

With the development of industrial cluster in our country, the cluster plays an important role in the economy, and gets the much attention of the academia, focus on cluster growth, promoting cluster competitiveness has become one research focus at present stage. As an important part of the cluster, enterprises’ development has connected closely to overall competitiveness of the cluster. Under the background of "innovation is productivity", there is an urgent need for enterprises to enhance the ability of scientific research.Research institutes as another important part of the cluster, its role has become more and more important, Based on the advantages of enterprise market advantages and research institutions for technical, cooperation between them is also be strengthened.Therefore, studying how to realize complementary advantages of the enterprises and Research institutes, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit, and promote the development of industrial clusters, enhance core competitiveness has great theoretical significance and practical application value.First, reading full of domestic and foreign literature, analyzing comprehensively the trait characteristics of industrial clusters of enterprises and Research institutes and the behavior between them, elaborating interaction of them and industrial cluster internal tectonic, have laid the theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly, through the analysis, founding that in a realistic environment, when establish contact with others, both have independent decision-making ability, by using evolutionary game of knowledge, analyzing conditions of enterprises and Research institutes as the main body of behavior of behavior selection, establishing function to draw a conclusion in decision-making in the process of game analysis and results, on the basis of numerical simulation,then investigating their evolution in the autonomous decision-making.Finally, the model is derived from the dynamic revenue function of enterprises and Research institutes. the dynamic reciprocity model is constructed to analyze the evolution process of enterprises and Research institutes in the industrial cluster. The results show that the enterprises and Research institutes thronging the evolutionary game is the result of reciprocity. Decision maker risk consciousness is related to dynamic benign interaction of the enterprise and Research institutes organization. The enterprise investment to Research institute’s capital level is proportional to the enterprise development status.
