| A great number of medium and small-sized enterprise (SMEs) clusters have been created and located in Zhejiang Province. Enterprise clusters accelerate the development of economy by intensively using the limited resource, but create one problem of inadequate resource as well as increasingly environmental pollutions, which become obstacles in further development of economy.Based on a great deal of literature reading, relative data and information collecting, the concept of eco-industrial park is put forwards to resolve the resource and environment problems. Firstly, based on the situation of the SMEs and the function of the eco-industrial park, the possibility and the SWOT analyse between the conversion of enterprise cluster and eco-industrial park has been theoretically discussed, then two approaches are put forward: building eco-industrial park and the ecological evolution of enterprise cluster. Then by the methodologies Delphi and AHP, the evaluation system and the realization model of eco-industrial park are established, and by calculating the extend to which the eco-industrial park could be realized in Shaoxing textile industry in past years, it is proved that the development of eco-industrial park is practically feasible to the enterprise cluster and the economy development in Zhejiang Province.At last, the existing problems in transformation process from the enterprise cluster to eco-industrial park are analyzed, and some suggestions are given from prospective of the government, enterprise cluster and the enterprise. |
