Our country is a traditional Agricultural country. How to overcome the difficulty of financing during rural economic development has become the key to promot rural economic development.Cluster financing appears accompanying the emergence of the new structure of industry cluster and enterprise cluster. It is a special financing system and the innovation of financing mechanisms. Cluster financing has the advantages of enhancing the overall credit of enterprises, improving the information symmetry, reducing bank-related costs, dispersing financing risks and increasing bank income. SME cluster financing overcomes the difficulty of single financing, reflects a significant advantage of cluster, gradually forms a kind of financing mechanism rooted in enterprise cluster, which is cluster financing. The new financing model is a effective way to solve the financing difficulties during economic development. Now there is such cluster financing mode in rural economic development, such as mutual security, rural finance union and bundled financing, which reflect the charater of cluster financing, supply the financial support for rural economic development. Although these are not mature enough, they can relieve the conflict between requirement and supply of fund, extend the financing channel in rural economic development.Fusong has developded rapidly in recent years, but also has some problems such as the difficulties of financing in rural area. By the analysis of Fusong’s economic conditions, the thesis finds the advantage of developing cluster financing models, the points needed to be improved and specific application measures.Based on the practice and theory, the thesis also analyses,perfects and popularizes cluster financing in order to relieve the conflict between requirement and supply of fund and make various financial service means contribute to the rural economic development.
