Research On Financing Efficiency Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprise Clusters Based On Credit Chain

In order to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,academia has put forward many theories and measures to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs.Although these small and medium-sized enterprises have a certain role in financing,but the financing problem of SMEs in China is still relatively serious.In recent years,the form of cluster financing is the front topic of small and medium-sized enterprise financing.Under the background of the rapid development of enterprise clusters,it is significant to study the financing of SME clusters.Based on the theory of enterprise cluster,this paper combines the theory of reputation chain,by constructing the financing model,analysis of the financing efficiency improvement mechanism,conducts research on the cluster financing efficiency of small and medium enterprises based on the improvement of the credit chain,and to the Shandong province small and medium-sized furniture enterprises cluster as an example,the construction of model.First of all,on the basis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters,this paper puts forward the introduction of credit chain to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises.Think through the formation of credit chain,can provide a platform for the symbiotic environment and the credibility of the cluster of small and medium enterprises credit financing activities,ability to solve the problem of information asymmetry between banksand enterprises to a certain extent,the problem of SME financing weaknesses,in order to ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,to build the SME cluster financing model based on credit chain.Based on the analysis of the construction of credit chain,this paper puts forward the financing model of SME cluster based on credit chain.The incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism from the penalty mechanism,operation mechanism of the model is analyzed,and the analysis of the internal and external financing path,at the end of the credit chain financing model and possibilities for the establishment of good operation to do specific analysis.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of improving the financing efficiency of small and medium sized enterprise clusters based on credit chain.A detailed analysis of the cluster financing environment to promote the formation of the game behavior,financing subject and contract credit relationship: focuses on the analysis of the role of financial resources,social resources and policy resources;of cluster financing between enterprises,game cluster financing between enterprises and banks of the game between the enterprise,credit allocation game analysis of;credit enhancement and credit chain concept of credit enhancement principle were expounded.The analysis between the financing of the main contract credit relationship.Finally,the empirical research method is used to build the empirical model of the small and medium sized enterprises in Shandong furniture industry.This paper explains the financing convenience and repayment performance from three aspects: financing environment,financing subject and contract credit relationship,and constructs the structural equation model.The empirical results show that there is a positive impact on the improvement of financing efficiency in the financing environment,the financing subject and the contract credit.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,we will establish and improve the theoretical analysis system for the improvement of the financing efficiency of SME clusters based on credit chain,and provide reference for the application of the practice model.
