Shearing-coiling machine set is the major part of Si-steel production line in steel rolling industry, which affects the quality, product output and production cost of Si-steel directly. Good Steel strip position correction control system, which can ensure the steel product output and quality, is an important part of continuous production plant. This article, which is based on reality, analyze the actual situation of the production site, the reason for steel strip departure in the actual production and the control law comprehensively.The design purpose of the steel strip position guiding system is to obtain a high precision departure distance signal of steel strip by the detector and displacement sensor, in order to drive the hydraulic actuator to complete rectifying the strip position accurately. Through analyzing the strip position rectifying control system's actuator, the transfer functions of the servo valve, coiling machine and other components are obtained. The final mathematical model of the steel strip position guiding system is established through organizing.This paper, which is based on the analysis of the basic component, the overall architecture of the position guiding system and the analysis of sensor selection, designs the function of the steel strip position guiding system. Combined with the actual production, this paper takes full advantage of actual experience and data accumulated in actual production process, as well as the traditional PID control principle to design the P parameters of the automatic control system and establish the system simulation model. Making an overview of the control system hardware configuration and debugging.etc.In the actual production process, unit speed, the change of speed, and the defects of the raw material are the main factors, which affect the original correction control system. Through adopting automatic correction control system designed in this paper, unit running at different speeds, the automatic regulation of the P parameters when acceleration or deceleration happens and good corrective control effect are achieved, especially when the plate of raw material are satisfactory.
