Research And Development Of Welding Production Management System

This paper develops a welding management system for welding production characteristics of enterprises. Its main role is to integrate comprehensive treatment of welding production information and to use the information effectively. So as to standardize welding production management, improve work efficiency, reduce management cost, then improve the competitiveness of the enterprises and promote them into new informatization of enterprises. The research achievements of this paper include the following:(1) Designing and constructing the framework of the design department, production department, quality inspection department, equipment management and warehouse management by the investigation and study in the enterprise. Then analyses structure of database system. To determine the function of the system. And to satisfy the business management of the welding production from design to production, from order to delivery.(2) C/S structure mode is used in this paper. The application of the system is divided into two parts, server part and client part:the server part is the integration of function and information which can satisfy multiple users to share; and the client part is used to provide the user interface.(3) Establishing a database system, and creating database tables for information of welding production. And perfect the database system which can facilitate enterprises to search and add the production information.(4) completing object class package diagram, static class diagram and sequence diagram in the design stage of system. To realize the function of each module of the system by Visual C++6.0 in the implementation stage, the system includes production plan management function, task order management function, production instruction management function, dispatching information mana-gement function, base metal and wire management function, quality inspection manage -ment function, employee information management function and ware-house management function of finished products and materials management functions. The system could conform to the enterprise production activities, and satisfy the welding requirements of production management. Then improve production efficiency and reduce the cost.(5) Setting user rights management to satisfy the enterprise oriented management, and improves the security and confidentiality of the system.(6) The complex reports can be saved to the Excel which could be printed at any-timeThrough the analysis and summary of the welding production management system. Designing and developing a management system of welding production which is based on Oracle. This system combine the design with management of wielding process, and achieves the storage and management of the welding datea or files. It improved the level of welding department management and the efficiency to compile all tables. And it also makes the welding related experience and knowledge can be effectively passed down.
