The thesis introduces a design of oil well monitor system based on RTU(Remote Terminal Unit).The monitor system can be compatible with the IPV4/IPV6 dual stack network protocol.The system also can acquire,transmit and display production parameters of oil wells in real-time.Firstly,it describes the design of the structure of the remote data acquisition,including field data acquisition,remote communication,host computer system and database management system.In the RTU device side,based on embedded Linux operating system transplantation,the completion of the kernel and file system support for IPV6 protocol.Secondly,with the embedded Linux software development technology,through the RS485 driver,RS232 serial port and Ethernet port,MODBUS/RTU protocol and MODBUS/RTU protocol technologies at the terminal of the RTU equipment,and design of remote terminal unit regulating the storage,to achieve the orderly management of data.Finally,The designed data acquisition and management system software for oil well production,controls remote terminal units(RTUs)and can automatic acquire,transmit,store and display production parameters of oil wells in real-time.Based on the E-Language visual development environment and Oracle9 I database,the system software makes full use of API,COM,DLL,OCX and other components to develop the UI interface and main functions.The key function modules of the software and their realization technology are introduced in detail.The system is deployed in the oil field,which can realize the real-time and efficient supervision of oil well production,make a comprehensive and quick diagnosis of production problems,and ensure the safe operation of oil wells.Compared with other monitoring system,the designed system features strong versatility,high flexibility,abundant interface and good networking.
