Hydraulic press is a traditional equipment,it has a broad application in the nationaleconomy.However,these present press has a serious flaw-a great waste of energy.The flawis caused by the compression of unnecessary liquid,which accounts for3/4-9/10of wholeliquid.The purpose of this paper is to eliminate the compression of unnecessaryliquid,overcome the serious waste of previous press.Firstly,I designed a100ton energy-saving press,optimized the structure,caculated theenergy waste of energy-saving press and traditional press.The result shows there is reallyserious waste with traditional press.After this in ShangHai XinChangXin hydraulic factoryI did an experiment,the result agrees to the theoretical calculation.Brake-equipment is a key which decides whether the press can work correctly ornot,so it is necessary to design a reliable,flexible brake.After caculation and simulation thebrake which is designed meets the target.After we made sure the press could work correctly,we also compared the otheraspects:vibration,noise,productivity.The paper proved the creativity and practicality of newenergy-saving hydraulic press. |
