At present, the recovery efficiency of the coal mine in China has a great improvement with the constant renewal of the high-tech production equipment for mining and constant improvement of the level of the mining equipment. However, the development of the auxiliary transportation equipment for mining is still relatively backward compared with the rapid development of the coal mining technology, which will restrict the mining efficiency seriously and will increase the risk of the staff in the underground coal mine. Therefore, accelerating development of the coal mine auxiliary transportation mechanization is one of the main problem to be solved at present.This paper is based on the project of my tutor and takes the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough of Scraper Conveyor in Coal Mines as the research object. To achieve the goal of laying the middle trough, the lift and rotation principle of the crane and the slide principle of the shearer in the conveyor are combined in the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough. The traditional design method can only analyze the static stability. The overturning torque caused by the impact load that is produced in the process of the sudden lift, rotation, falling, and so on will cause the underground overthrow accident due to the deficiency of the integer stability, so the analysis of the dynamic stability of the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough has the strong practical significance.The three-dimensional solid model of the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough is established using SolidWorks, and the virtual prototype model is established using ADAMS. To make the simulation be close to the fact as much as possible and get the dynamic stability of the whole machine, the function is used to simulate the force and control motion based on the concrete conditions of the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough.The simulations of the lift and rotation conditions of the hydraulic laying machine for the middle trough are executed, getting that the sudden start-up or rotation and lift or rotation unloading will affect the machine significantly in the progress of the lateral lift and rotation. Therefore, this condition should be avoided. Meanwhile, the concrete law of the dynamic stability of the whole machine is known under different conditions, which can provide the important reference basis for the development of new products.
