Coal as its main energy, plays a pivotal role in the economy. The shearer is the most important equipment of coal mining, work safety, high efficiency has attracted more and more attention. However, due to coal mining machine in the working environment, the rocker arm often leads to failure, so the design meet will be decided to the mining efficiency and cost. But the limit of technical level, the machining accuracy of the gear can not reach 100% accurate, this inaccuracy could lead to a backlash between two gears of the. Secondly, the processing box there, installation error, also lead to the gap between the teeth.This paper selected shearer rocker gear transmission system and the nonlinear vibration to study. First, we analyze the two gears, their torsional vibration characteristics analysis, and analysis of torsional vibration characteristics of the whole, and completed the overall mathematical modeling of the shearer rocker gear and analyzed under the condition of the clearance between the gears of the same Shearer rocker arm deceleration gear angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration, and analyzed the relationship between different gear gap and each gear angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration, the analysis to the shearer deceleration gear research provide reference.Through calculation and simulation results show that the backlash increases the transmission gear vibration angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration, and backlash of vibration angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration effect is very obvious; the increase of vibration angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration, large impact force, accelerate the wear of tooth surface and gear clearance will enable gear due to overload in gear broken teeth. According to the above analysis, the conclusion to reduce the rocker gear drive system torsional vibration, should reduce the backlash, and smaller gear installation error and machining error.The research work of this thesis can provide some help for the research and design of rocker arm gear transmission system and has a guiding significance to the trial and performance evaluation,the establishment of a certain reference value.
