Shearer is one of the important equipment in coal mine production mechanization and modernization.The gear transmission system is an important part of shearer,because of the complexity of its structure and external load uncertainty,has been the focus of attention of many researchers in order to further improve the reliability of operation,security and stability.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the dynamic characteristics of shearer rocker transmission system.This topic in the national nature fund shanxi coal based low carbon fund project "integration of geographic information reservation form and coal mining working face adaptive up and straightening theory research funding,project number: U1510116,taking rocker transmission system of a high power electric traction shearer as the research object,using the virtual prototype technology,multi-body system dynamics,The basic principle of mechanical fault diagnosis,signal analysis and processing technology carries on the analysis and study.CAE is a new technology developed with the computer,it has irreplaceable advantages for the study of dynamic characteristics of complex mechanical system.This paper firstly Establish three-dimensional solid models of shearer rocker transmission system using UG and than into ADAMS to establish the dynamic virtual prototype model,Using ADAMS/Flex modules and ANSYS doing high-speed part of two-stage fixed axis gear system flexible processing,the rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of the system is set up and the dynamic response is simulated under different load excitation.From the Angleof time domain and frequency domain to study vibration response.And use the radial loading test bench of shearer by loading test,the vibration signal collected and verify relevant theories related to the time domain and frequency domain analysis and results.A typical fault characteristic signal is always the key of mechanical fault diagnosis and online monitoring,which belongs to the inverse problem of mechanical system dynamics.Paper by using virtual prototype instead of physical prototype test,through the boundary conditions are set in the ADAMS,simulation and obtain high speed gear respectively under the angular acceleration of time domain and frequency domain curves of the rocker gear transmission system in geometric eccentric fault and the vibration of the rotating mass unbalance fault.Citing statistics index measure time-domain typical fault characteristics and citing Meshing frequency amplitude ratio measure frequency domain typical fault characteristics,analyzing and extracting the typical fault signal.The meshing stiffness excitation is shearer's rocker high speed gear part of the main vibration sources.because its frequency is very high and reasonable design can avoid gear resonance,so it is necessary to carry out modal analysis.The vibration is the intrinsic properties of dynamic response.This paper solve the modal characteristics of two-stage fixed axis gear parts based on workbench.High-speed gear part has been carried on the stress analysis by using the ADAMS and checking strength of the design requirements.
