Hunger breeds discontentment,as China's service industry,especially the rapid development of the catering industry,kitchen waste production grow with each passing day.According to the survey,China's urban kitchen waste annual output of 4000-5000 million tons,accounting for the life of garbage 25-30%,a lot of garbage can not properly dispose of,according to garbage siege.Kitchen waste treatment is not timely,will cause the breeding of flies mosquitoes and cockroaches and other insects,a large number of kitchen waste will be on public health and water and soil pollution,the city a new kitchen waste treatment plant as the research object,we studied the kitchen garbage disposal garbage disposal craft,the energy balance and material balance and the key issues and for processing kitchen waste provide scientific and technological support,get a conclusion:(1)The paper predicts the city a kitchen waste output scale and group prediction.According to the kitchen waste generated forecast formula calculation of resident population and tourist population and the amount of collected and finally to determine the size of kitchen waste treatment,the recent deal with the scale of 100t/d,long-term deal with the scale of 200t/d,waste oil yield estimation for 5.0t/d,for waste components predicted that the largest food waste percentage,was 90.12%,other garbage and paper,metal,bone,wood,shells,fabric,plastics and oil.(2)Paper in the garbage treatment process to do the corresponding design,kitchen waste pre processing is an important step in the garbage disposal,this paper designs the weighing metering unit,discharging and material transport unit and separation unit,a heat unit,oil separation unit process of Lishui,organic matter transport and so on.The temperature system of garbage in the wet anaerobic UBF reactor,the feed temperature is about 80?90 deg.c,the liquid phase is about 100000?150000mg/L CODcr.Operation of anaerobic system 24h.After the initial dehydration after removal of biogas,biogas transport into the desulfurization tower through the booster fan,the content of H2S in biogas was below 20ppm.Into the storage tank of UBF biogas produced by anaerobic,screw pump ascending into dewatering machine.The back buffer liquid dehydration tank return to anaerobic treatment reactor in sewage heat recovery.The deodorization deodorization process with'biological contact filter',with'natural plant deodorant liquid'.'Biological contact filter' of deodorization process produced in odor key areas,through the wind pumping machine,ozone lead to biological contact the front filtering spray humidification tower,initially to remove the water in the air dissolved volatiles.(3)Energy constant calculation and material constant calculation:constant energy to calculate respectively to calculate the amount of methane,according to the sewage treatment anaerobic methane flux calculation,usually in accordance with the influent CODcr conversion,theoretical biogas yield is 1g CODcr produce about 0.35L biogas,the author calculated the amount of biogas power generation,according to the empirical data of domestic biogas power generation,biogas calorific value about 20000?23000kJ/m3,biogas power generation is about 2.2kWh/m3,biogas residual heat 1.31 MW and material balance were calculated the different in feed and the feeding amount,feeding quantity is 100t/d,the material including the content of sewage,the last row about 122.2t/d.
