Water is the source of life. At present, Sewage treatment is not only widely used in industry, agriculture, medical, city landscape and other fields, but also more and more into our daily life, which is by purify sewage water for recycling or discharging it with the water quality standards.The dissertation describes how to design and implement the sewage treatment control system for Double Coin heavy-duty tire Co. There are four parts in the whole system, which are field equipment, PLC, HMI and the remote database. To meet demands of the whole system which containing sewage treatment capacity and monitoring water quality, the one which is based on the floatation technology, the bio-contact oxidation and the ultrafiltration, involves the PLC automation technology by using Siemens'Step7 software to develop program, the HMI screen by the InTouch software from Wonderware, and the remote background database with the Historian. This paper was described from related technologies, requirements analysis and system design, the realization of the system, system testing and implementation.By test run, the system has reached the national advanced level on processing speed and effluent water quality. It can also reduce emissions of industrial waste water and recycle purified water, then be helpful to sustainable resource use. The advantages of the system are small size, low operating costs, stable effect, and easy to learn. The system meets customer needs good.
