At present, soon to enter next level, the first exploitation is 12 layer of no outburst. At the same time,12 layer as the protection of gas and outburst coal, is 8.5m to 13 layer seam. According to the national "coal and gas outburst prevention regulations" in forty-seventh about outburst mine outburst prevention measures, the regional protection layer should there be no rock pillar". So the gob side entry is a technical problem to be solved in Dalong Mine. Based on the above reasons,gob side entry will be applied at the second level working face south 1202.Based on site investigation and geological conditions about Dalong Mine, detecting the losing circle of fully mechanized face road and the surface displacement and stress. Combied the physical and mechanical parameters of coal and rock in the experimental test results and the initial ground stress,determination of coal roadway along the wall of the subsidence, roadside support resistance and roadside support, application of engineering design of analogy in support of roadway to identify scheme one:tunnel along goaf scheme.Calculation of reasonable width of small coal pillar applied method, engineering analogy for Dalong Mine 1202 working face roadway driven along next goaf roadway supporting design, and simulation verification roadway support effect using the FLAC3D numerical scheme two:with small coal pillar along gob side driving scheme.Driving along goaf can effectively solve the problem of stress concentration caused by outburst mine pressure, difficult maintenance and gas outburst danger increases, especially in high gas and high stress mine. Driving along goaf helps to reduce the impact of stress concentration area, reduce the roadway excavation and maintenance costs, improve the coal recovery rate, and be conductive to the safe production.
