The coal mine belt of electric control system is an important equipment part to normal operation or not, which direct relate to the mine safety and produce efficiency. Most of the belt conveyor transportation open-stop relies artificial, which can be achieved the only and simple operation, leading to waste a lot of labor, increasing the safe hidden trouble at the same time. The electric control system is designed by PLC control technology to achieve intelligent operation, arriving to achieve a single and centralized control many sets of belt conveyor, setting the parameters of different environment, accurate and positioning fault occurred, constantly monitor, animated simulation field running condition, indicator light and touch screen working status, fault recording function, etc.Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous motion based on friction drive transport machinery, it usually appears at the process to belt conveyor, like slippage, wandering, pile of coal, smoke and over temperature, and these affect the production efficiency and safety for the users. In order to avoid these accidents, putting forward a kind of based on PLC application research on the electric control system for mine belt, the control system device based on the Ann model of PLC for the control of component design, according to the characteristics of the control parts, achieving to comparative screening of other components, which integrated protection device and the system consists of belt conveyor, work station, human-computer interface, all kinds of fault sensor, control box and so on, it can not only constant monitoring the status of the belt, can also in belt failure alarm, and change to the state of the belt, protection, finally the device to achieve the best working condition.Master station and slave station, the control parts in the system and touch screen for RS485 communication between way, achieving to efficient and stable communication effect. From standing sensors to collect data by controlling the processing of parts, always protect. This system can focuses accurate positioning of fault alarm, when a different place happen the same fault occurs, the man-machine interface will show the specific fault happened in accurate site and the fault alarm warning lights, the console will also have such bring convenience to maintenance personnel. The need function reasonable programming of PLC and man-machine interface design.This system is applied to coal mine industry, safety and fault alarm can be real-time monitoring the actual production, improving the degree of automation in the belt conveyor and level.
