Research On Deep Sea Oil Parts Production Scheduling Technology Based On Information Feedback

Marine oil resources has brought great temptation for the world economic development. With the deep-sea oil exploration increased in China, it's imminent to research the technology of deep-sea oil parts manufacturing with self-owned intellectual property. Expensive materials, large volume, high quality requirements are the main characteristics of deep-sea oil parts, which put forward a higher stability requirements of manufacturing process. However, production information collection and scheduling are effective means to solve this problem. According to the small batch manufacturing mode of deep-sea oil parts production, the research on workshop overall planning and production scheduling control technology are as follow:According to the structure and process characteristics of the deep-sea oil components, the workshop overall layout planning was studied. Then the closed-loop structure and the system model function of production scheduling were put forward based on the workshop production characteristics. The scheduling algorithm based on heuristic rules and the man-machine coordinated scheduling strategy were designed.Through the two times develop technology of PLC program, the serial macro output function and the bar code acquisition, the key equipment operating state and the workshop production conditions were collected. By integrating workshop state collection technology and production scheduling, the dynamic scheduling of workshop production was realized based on the information feedback of the workshop status, because of which the stability of workshop production was improved.At last, the shop scheduling control system software was designed, which had realized the main function of workshop basic information management, machine operation and machining quality collection, machining progress tracking, machine load statistics and production scheduling. The effectiveness of shop scheduling control system was verified by simulation.The research on production scheduling technology based on information feedback for deep-sea oil parts manufacturing and the design of shop scheduling control system software will provide a powerful guarantee for the workshop digital manufacture production. It improves the workshop transparency and the production stability, and provides the real data support for enterprise decision-making, quality management and the dynamic scheduling of production plan, which is of great meaning in improving the flexibility of the deep-sea oil parts workshop production process and promoting the development of deep-sea oil production facilities manufacturing technology in china.
