| According to the particularity of the existence of domestic drinking water source protection area is located in the quasi urban industrial park, how to effectively evaluate the sustainable development level of it and consider the constraints, this study adopts the sustainable development level of AHP-information entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of environment impact assessment on case study of Hefei City Changfeng County Gang Town Planning Based on the evaluation, and then according to our comprehensive ecological park construction standards and centralized drinking water source environmental protection guidelines, including water quality, total control, hazardous solid waste emissions, hazardous chemicals, fire prevention, industrial structure and other restrictive index, sustainable development ability evaluation index system, general index and consideration under the action of weight restrictions were calculated with expert consultation method and information entropy method, and the case with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Patients were evaluated, and achieved the objective evaluation results, and according to the results, suggested ecological environment protection. Following are the main contents and conclusions:1、 Choose the hierarchical analysis method construction of sustainable development ability evaluation index system framework:the target layer is the sustainable development level of the park, the criteria for urban drinking water security, environmental quality, urban economic development, environmental pollution prevention and control, ecological protection and construction five influence factors, element layer contains 12 factors, index layer for 37 quantitative index and nine qualitative indicators. Using the AHP-information entropy method combined with MATLAB software to calculate the index weight, and provide guidance for the process of the construction and development of the Hefei City Gang Town Industrial Park and environmental protection in.2、 Determine limit parameters and the selection of rationality, this paper uses restrictions on the target set to distinguish between Industrial Park in quasi water source protection area setting and not sustainable development level of different, comprehensive consideration of the study area and other factors, selected water quality and safety, the total quantity control, hazardous solid waste in emissions, hazardous chemicals, fire prevention, industrial structure is a restrictive indicator of this study.3、 Case analysis:(1) the use of AHP to choose the evaluation index system of the sustainable development of Hefei Changfeng County Gang Town Industrial Park, using AHP-information entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the post town Industrial Park in the planning year (2010-2030) to evaluate the level of sustainable development, and sustainable development ability compared with the general the industrial park and consider limiting the ability of sustainable development index results showed that in the park, considering the ability of sustainable development indicators in Hefei city under the restriction of the post town Industrial Park rose from 0.5287 in 2010 to 0.6690 in 2030, while the level of sustainable development under the condition of the Park limits index rose from 0.5674 in 2010 to 0.8020 in 2030 is not considered, this result reflects the limited indicators in the capacity of sustainable development relates to drinking water source protection area of the quasi Town Industrial Park. Influence of the sustainable development level has been reduced.(2) By using the gray correlation analysis method, the research methods are compared and verified, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the research method and model, which has a certain significance.
