CP300 offshore drilling platform is a new product of China Petroleum Bohai Equipment Liaohe Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.independent research and development.JJ675/52-T derrick is an important part of CP300 offshore drilling platforms,offshore drilling platform is an important bearing in the work and stress components.The derrick in the design process,the need for analysis of strength,stiffness and stability of derrick structure stress calculation under various working conditions of bar stress,determine its strength and rigidity and stability can meet the design requirements.However,due to the fact that the derrick structure is complex,the finite element model can not simulate all the details,and there are some defects in the manufacturing process of the derrick.The ideal finite element model can not describe the characteristics of the derrick.Therefore,after the completion of the derrick installation,it is generally necessary to carry out the tensile test of the new derrick to verify whether the derrick meets the requirements.The main content of this paper is on the CP-300 elf elevating offshore drilling platform derrick according to the relevant standards of the mechanical analysis,consider the impact of various work requirements and working environment of marine derrick,the combination of various loads of derrick under load data,establish the analysis model of the derrick;using SACS finite element analysis software,finite element analysis model,input unit characteristic data of finite element model for strength and stability of derrick,the results of the analysis of force of derrick of each bar,check the derrick strength and rigidity and stability,to meet the design requirements of derrick.After the assembly of the derrick is completed,the maximum static hook load test is carried out on the derrick.The actual test data are used to analyze the derrick to verify whether the derrick meets the design requirements.From the two angles of theoretical calculation and experimental test,the derrick is verified to ensure that the derrick structure can meet the design requirements.
