Research On Quantitative Balance Of Production Plan For Offshore Drilling Platform

Balance is an important feature in the development of all things.The concept of balance originated from physics and biology.With the improvement of modern industrial development level,production balance has gradually developed into an important method and principle for process control and production organization of industrial enterprises.As an important field of modern social and economic development,offshore drilling platform construction has a similar development bottleneck with traditional industry,that is,how to reduce production costs,shorten construction period and improve product quality.As an important basis for production schedule control,production plan plays an extremely important role in the sustainable development of offshore enterprises.However,the production planning is constrained by the task quantity,which is closely related to the production resources.To ensure the balance of engineering construction,it is necessary to actively carry out the research of offshore drilling platform construction resources,rationalize the construction process,and improve the construction planning system.Under the above background,this paper takes the construction of offshore drilling platform as the background,studies the quantitative method of operation and resource in each stage of production by analyzing the quantitative management theory of production plan,production resources of offshore drilling platform,the manhour material quantity of task package and the standard operation cycle,and puts forward the production resource load balance method of "vertically ordered and horizontally balanced",and finally applies the theoretical results to practice successflly based on Primavera 6.0 software.The specific results are as follows:(1)The theory and main methods of production planning management of offshore drilling platform are compared and analyzed,the advantages of quantitative management are summarized,the basic levels of production planning of offshore drilling platform are studied,and the problems existing in quantitative management of offshore engineering enterprises are pointed out.(2)With the main process of offshore drilling platform construction as the main line,the classification of production resources of offshore drilling platform is sorted out,studies the key resources of each stage of offshore drilling platform are studied,the main bottleneck resources of offshore engineering enterprises are analyzed from the manufacturing resources aspects of equipment and site,and three methods to solve the "bottleneck" resources are put forward.(3)Based on WBS decomposition of offshore drilling platform,the quantity type and material quantity value extraction process of different task packages in each stage are studied,the manhour material quantity quota system process and quota system are studied,and some standard operation periods of offshore drilling platform production are summaried with the combination of the situation of a large-scale offshore engineering enterprise in China.(4)The influencing factors and methods of operation quantification and resource quantification in each stage of offshore drilling platform construction are studied,the load balance method of "vertically ordered and horizontally balanced" for production plan is put forward,and based on Primavera 6.0 software,the production plan management process and production plan management configuration are analyzed,and the production plan load balance in each stage based on Primavera 6.0 is realized.
